Back when I was in high school, I made this painting of Lewisburg. Borderline surreal, it incorporates national geographic photos next to simplified Lewisburg landmarks.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been making an upgraded version of this picture for my neighborhood in Garfield, a painting I’m going to call “I don’t know what I don’t see in Garfield”. Tomorrow, I’ll ake a picture of the most interesting parts and post it in a longer post. But right now I just wanted to throw out two things:
1. The picture of my Lewisburg painting, for reference
2. A picture of what I’m doing approximately.
